Team Member - Mortgage Operations

Support Customers in moments that matter!

How will I help?

Mortgage Operations team are seeking talented and dedicated individuals to join their expanding team. Once fully trained, the successful candidates will use their data entry and customer service skills and work as a team to be responsible for assisting our customers, bankers and brokers in all areas relating to the construction stages of their home/investment loans. We want you to bring your experience and skills and transfer that into our teams success and the companys vision of delivering exceptional service.

As a Mortgage Operations Team Member, your role will entail:

• Answering Inbound calls via our Builders Hotline
Undertaking investigations and ensuring customer
• up where necessary
• Liaising with our stakeholders and Concentrix Bangalore Progress Draws team
• Making invoice payments
• Actioning of daily BAU reports

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and accountable
• Balanced decision-making
• Adherence to regulations
• Experience in a similar role within the banking or financial industry (desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
