About the Role

As a Banking Consultant our Retail Banking, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver outstanding customer service and providing financial wellbeing solutions. You are based mainly in branches, providing customers with a seamless banking experience, through meeting each customer’s end-to-end financial needs and goals across transaction activities, needs based conversations and educating them on the financial solutions available, including digital. You have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as have in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per their accreditation level. You will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates for ANZ.
