About the role:

The HR Operations Specialist will support a variety of HR initiatives under a portfolio of work aimed at shaping and enhancing the employee experience across Abt and fostering a positive and fulfilling work environment. The role includes supporting global policy development, supporting onboarding and offboarding programs, expanding wellness programs, and enhancing work arrangements and benefits. Other duties will be performed as needed to support HR operations and employee experience initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of global employee experience HR policies.
• Support the globalisation of onboarding and offboarding policies and programs to ensure a seamless and consistent experience for all employees across different regions and departments within the organisation.
• Assist in expanding wellness and well-being programs and enhancing psychological safety in the workplace.
• Support initiatives to improve work arrangements, benefits, and leave programs.
• Other duties as required.

Key Selection Criteria

• 4 + years generalist experience in Human Resources
• Strong business partnering skills
• Good cross-cultural communication skills
• Knowledge and understanding of best practice human resources trends is ideal.
