Additional information:

• There are roles available within our Kitchen department and throughout our Markethall.
• These Kitchen roles are Permanent, Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.
• These Markethall roles are Permanent, Part-time, 30hrs/fortnight.

• As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to complete a HireVue video interview before progressing to a Group Assessment Centre.

About this work area As a Kitchen’s co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Be an IKEA Ambassador by understanding that you impact our customer’s experience by being able to offer solutions and answer questions that relate to their kitchen and home furnishing needs.
• Actively approach customers to identify their needs by asking insightful questions and advising them on the best kitchen solutions for them.
• Supporting customers with their kitchen design process using the kitchen planning 3D rendering software and accessory workshop. You will build strong relationships with the customer throughout their planning journey.
• Following up on customers after initial planning appointments, via phone call to discuss their kitchen designs, answer questions, and address any concerns.
• Responsible for ensuring that the sales area is stocked, presentable, attractively merchandised and correctly priced.
• Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Stay knowledgeable about in-store specials, delivery options, product features and benefits.

As a Markethall co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
• Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
• Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked and replenishing stock where required.
• Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
