About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
  • Updating and maintaining doctor data base
  • Daily reports and checks
  • Liaising with referring practitioners, marketing, and other departments to ensure doctor code and information is accurate and up to date
  • Co ordinating ordering and distribution of request pads as and when required
  • Create request pads with details information such as panels, billing etc
  • Always Maintaining patient confidentiality and exercising discretion in performing duties
  • Accuracy and attention details

About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including:
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy
  • Self-direction-manage own performance according to position requirements and performance expectation
