The Port Haven Delta Team are seeking their next Admin superstar on full time, days-only 8&6 Roster. This role will be FIFO from Perth. To succeed, youll need to have solid administration experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to Blue Collar/Trades. This rolew will require strong organisation, interpersonal and communication skills. THE POSITION
- Provide administrative support for Maintenance and Site operations, including time sheets, rosters, schedules and flight bookings
- Maintain administrative records and complete data entry
- Working alongside your other experienced Delta Admins on a back to back roster
- Completion of month end procedures
- Raising and processing purchase orders
THE PERSON
- Experience in Administration in a Trades or similar industry
- Available to commence immediately
- Commit to an 8&6 Ongoing Full Time Roster FIFO Ex. Perth Airport
- Full Working Rights in Australia
- Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
